The high-mountain is filled with powerful emotions which, surprised by the feeling of freedom which emerges from hours spent in their silence, liberate the mind.  All the snow, ice and rock routes in the Pays du Mont-Blanc are indexed and classified by level of difficulty. So do not start with the Whymper corridor! There are many other easier routes which will give you the exceptional thrills which make mountaineering unique.
