Short circuits in the high valleys and on the crests above them (Val d'Arly) - endless biking possibilities. Riders rule the mountains - but be warned: to loop downhills you have to be very fit!

There are so many different sorts of rides possible in the Pays du Mont-Blanc from peaceful wheeling through the valleys - ideal for family outings - to very tough road circuits up to the peaks and fast downhills.
For off-road mountain bikers, paths through the mountain pastures, peaceful loops and family rides on the southern slopes are full of beautiful surprises. A good example is the Boucle de La Tonnaz above Praz-sur- Arly which takes you through old farms and gives you amazing views over the Mont Blanc. You can visit all the villages in the Pays du Mont-Blanc on trails for athletes or by easy paths.
There are many easy and more difficult circuits and you can combine different sections from Le Bettex above Saint-Gervais or around Cordon, take the opportunity to visit some of the baroque churches and chapels and fill your lungs with pure mountain air! In Sallanches, try the Ilettes Lakes run, the ultimate in gently pleasant family outings! In several Pays du Mont-Blanc resorts you can take your bike up in the ski lifts.
